Dr. Monique L. Ring, CPA, DBA

Controller

Monique is responsible for the financial reporting systems and business controls at IBA. She has extensive experience in manufacturing and healthcare management and promotes a cohesive customer service work environment. Monique also has taught Accounting and Business Administration at several local universities. In her off-work hours, Monique spends her time with her husband and three children. In addition, she is an active member in the U. S. Coast Guard Auxiliary in Venice, Florida, and works with the Girl Scouts of Gulf Coast Florida.

Eric O'Connell, CBP

Webmaster

Eric was born and raised in North Palm Beach, Florida. At the age of 10, he moved west to fabulous Las Vegas and promptly fell in love with the beautiful desert vistas of the Southwest, and one day hopes to return to a more mountainous terrain. Now back in Florida, he has focused on developing and expanding his creative talents. Working for IBA has been an ideal opportunity for him to fuse his interest in human potential with his software design talents.

Eric spends a lot of time riding his beloved Coppa racing bike around town, and working to make the streets of Sarasota safer for all cyclists. He expects to receive his Associates degree from Manatee Community College in December, 2007.

Ashley Pfohler, CBP

Administrative Assistant

Ashley Pfohler is receptionist and coordinator for the IBA. She also is a licensed massage therapist and aspiring BodyTalk practitioner.

Sharon Vickers

Administrative Assistant

Sharon, a fifth generation Floridian, went to elementary school in Sarasota and never thought she’d ever be back. But she met her husband, Allan, at Omega Institute in New York and now works part-time in the IBA office to help out as needed. Life is full of interesting twists and turns.

Cliff Berry

Graphic Designer

Cliff has a degree in Graphic and Interactive Communications from the Ringling School of Art and Design. Since his arrival at the IBA in May 2005, he has produced a professional corporate design identity for our entire curriculum and continues to upgrade the design standards and visual impact of the organization’s marketing, promotional and educational materials.

Cory Kellner

IT Assistant

Cory is a part-time employee at the IBA who maintains the in-house computers and provides tech support. He currently is finishing his AS degree in Computer Networking and Security Management at Keiser University. In his free time, he enjoys building and repairing computers.

Jess Hardwicke

Office Assistant

Jess is the assistant Receptionist and Coordinator for the IBA and enjoys helping out around the office. She's studying to become an Herbal Practitioner with a focus in herbal cultivation and preparation. Originally from Orlando, FL and well traveled in the Southeast US, Jess hopes to eventually join or help create a sustainable eco-community. Her other interests include art and art as therapy, cycling, vegan cooking, and house rabbits.

Ryan Holt

Web Assistant

Ryan was born in Buffalo, New York, but has lived in Florida For 16 years. He is a dedicated and loving father to his son Eric. His skill sets include computer repairs, networking, web and graphic design.

Ryan helps Eric (the Webmaster, not his son) update the website and solve technical challenges.
