Biography

A bit about me

Well, I’ve been fascinated with ‘the bigger picture’ and alternatives in medicine since my teenage years, so to me it’s no surprise I’ve found my way to Bodytalk. A rather long time ago now I took a foundation course in counselling skills, then became immersed in young family life for a few years. I took courses in massage and aromatherapy a bit later on then studied as a nutritional health advisor, but it wasn’t until I discovered Reiki and Bodytalk that I felt I’d discovered tools I could wholeheartedly relate to, and with that came a profound personal transformation that has led me to this point.

Bodytalk, Reiki and other healing modalities have brought me to a much ‘lighter’, more joyful and accepting place in myself , and so I wish to pass on these tremendously useful gifts to anyone ready and wanting to find out a bit more about themselves too. As well as being a Bodytalk practioner and Reiki master I have trained as a Laughter Yoga leader, because of the huge healing impact joy and laughter have and because I love being in that space so much, and since then taken module 3 of Bodytalk. Module 3  is all about consciousness -releasing outdated thought patterns and embracing more of our true selves. It's a mind-expanding journey and I'm enjoying every minute of it!
