As a counselling therapist, and in order to address clients needs holistically, I introduced bodywork into my practice 20 years ago with good results. Since then I have continued to retrain and explore the most effective approaches to counselling and holistic therapy. 

The advent of  BodyTalk deepened this body/mind connection considerably. It effectively and elegantly allows clients to wholly take charge of their own wellbeing and equilibrium. For me, it is as if I have found what I have always been working toward.  

I have an ‘open door’ policy and encourage both lay people and professionals to make a free of charge half hour appointment to find out more about my practice and what BodyTalk can do. 

I was born in south Africa and lived both there and in Botswana before settling in Kent, U.K. I have trained with many teachers in several countries and I now have students and clients worldwide.
