Biography

As a professional astrologer, I bring a unique and valuable perspective to my BodyTalk practice. My intention is to offer support for increasing overall health and well-being, overcoming physical and emotional challenges, and enhancing personal growth and spiritual awareness.

A history of childhood health challenges, and success with alternative therapies in my own life, inspired me to study a variety of healing modalities, including Polarity Therapy and Reiki. In my 20-plus years of exploring holistic health, BodyTalk is the most effective and efficient healing modality I have experienced. I incorporate other forms of healing, including astrology, into my practice.

I also have an extensive background in process arts - writing, painting and movement - and love working with other artists and writers to offer support for breaking through blocks and increasing access to the creative flow.

In addition to regular BodyTalk sessions, I also offer "Astro-BodyTalk." The combination of these powerful systems helps bring underlying patterns into consciousness, gives a higher perspective to current challenges, and provides support for navigating times of transition.

I am a Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Brandeis University, with a B.A. in English, and completed an M.A. in Women’s Studies from Emory University.
