Biography

In 2003, ten years into a successful massage practice during which clients happily kept returning for the same problems, Judy was delighted to discover Body Talk.  She had been looking for some form of therapy that would meet problems closer to their source rather at the symptom level. In her first year of  receiving body talk treatments, she experienced a multitude of improvements, physically, mentally and emotionally, and so has enthusiastically shared this amazing treatment with others.

     

             Judy’s formative years were spent in an intensely competitive swimming program which culminated in her making the Olympic team.  She went on to earn a Masters degree in Human Performance and to teach at two Community Colleges. She has also coached swimming for 15 years at the club and high school levels.

      

Along with her interest in the human body, Judy has also studied psychology and philosophy, and has always intuitively felt that the issues of life reside in the body.  For her the Body Talk  System explains this relationship and provides an access to the balanced state of health in which we are meant to live.

     

 Judy has been married for 30 years and has two children in college at this time.
