Monitor (re-doing the class) fee per module: Before 11th May: IBA members £75 (25%). Non-members £150 (50%). After 11th May: IBA members £87.50. Non-members £175. Cancellation policy: Should there be a need to postpone or cancel this class due to low enrolment, the decision to do so will be made no later than the 12th May 2009
