These groups are designed to provide a safe nurturing environment for Women to come together to explore our relationships with our bodies; Explore the limitations that are preventing us from embracing our unique internal beauty. We will be having discussions, personal exercises led by a Certified FreeFall Instructor, followed by a group BodyTalk session to enhance and support the changes through the evening!
