The FreeFall experience showed me how inhibited I was and how I hid behind my image. How trapped I was. With that realization and through having the experience I seem to be able to notice when that occurs again. It is amazing how the manifestation of our stuff in the body feels so real to us and then the separation from that is sad, like losing a friend that was really an enemy but I didn't know it. Awesome!
