I was taking the Consciouness Course (Mod.3) and my name was drawn for a demo. I was hesitant for the first time ever as I love when I can have a session in a class. I was experiencing anxiety but went up. My lower back came up and the instructor, Ben Manalo, asked if I have lower back pain. I immediately was taken to that pain and I shared how every morning my back hurts to get out of bed and I bought a new mattress and still nothing changed. After one session, I have not experienced my lower back pain since that class. Thank you to Ben for continuing to show us how Body Talk is so amazing!
