Q. The video quality is not very good, what do I do?
A.Change the resolution. Under the video player you will see the word "low". Click on this and choose from the broadcast options. Try them all to find the one that suits you connection the best.
Q.How do I watch the video in full screen?
A.Move your mouse over the Livestream player and click the "Full" button to enter full screen mode.
Q.My sound is too loud or too low.
A.Try adjusting the volume on your PC or Tablet until you achieve a comfortable sound level.
Q.How do I participate in chat or ask a question?
A.Click on the chat window and enter a nickname to begin chatting.
Q.Can I watch on an iPad?
A.Yes, so long as you use a browser (no app required). However, you will not be able to use the LiveStream chat feature, used for support and Q&A, but you will be able to watch the live video.
Q.Does my browser require any plug-ins?
A.Always use the latest version of Adobe Flash. Check your version of Adobe Flash (and upgrade if necessary) at the following link. We also recommend upgrading to the latest version of Java here.
Q.Will my Internet speed cope with LiveStream?
A. Internet Connection Speed For a reliable viewing experience at medium quality we recommend a downstream connection speed of at least 700Kbps.
Viewers can select a higher (up to 2Mbps for HD) or lower (198Kbps for low) video quality on the player depending on the connection speed.
You can test your connection speed at www.speedtest.net we recommend testing several times as bandwidth can fluctuate.
