Refresh with Cortices

We are happy to share that we now have updated Cortices Technique videos available on YouTube. For those of you who registered for the free Fundamentally BodyTalk course on PaRama Campus, the videos will look familiar to you. We think having them on YouTube should be a far more accessible format. There are two videos, one showing how to do Cortices on a partner and one showing the self-application of Cortices. We recommend you watch them both as they have slightly different perspectives on the technique, both of which are informative and valid. You can share these videos very easily now with friends, loved ones, or clients. And we hope that you do. 

Remember, the Cortices Technique can be done by anyone at anytime to help reduce overall stress in the body. From a less stressed place, the body is more capable of tuning into and addressing its own needs for health and wellness. If you are currently receiving regular BodyTalk sessions, the Cortices Technique is a great way to support the work between sessions. If you are currently feeling well and don't have a need for regular BodyTalk sessions, the Cortices Technique is an excellent self-maintenance and preventative technique. 

Also, if you have been receiving or received a private, online treatment with BodyTalk Founder Dr. John Veltheim, we encourage you to do the Cortices Technique regularly.
