Remember, the Cortices Technique can be done by anyone at anytime to help reduce overall stress in the body. From a less stressed place, the body is more capable of tuning into and addressing its own needs for health and wellness. If you are currently receiving regular BodyTalk sessions, the Cortices Technique is a great way to support the work between sessions. If you are currently feeling well and don't have a need for regular BodyTalk sessions, the Cortices Technique is an excellent self-maintenance and preventative technique.
