Biography
I was introduced to the BodyTalk System in 2018. After my first session, I remember feeling relaxed and incredibly grounded, a feeling that I was not accustomed to. It was so lovely! From that point on I was hooked and just had to learn more about this non-invasive energetic technique. After completing BodyTalk Access, BodyTalk Fundamentals 1 & 2, case study requirements, and sitting for the exam I became a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner (CBP) in February 2020. I continue to expand my knowledge of this powerful modality by taking the advanced BodyTalk modules which allow me to better understand how our emotions, thoughts, and beliefs impact the physical body.BodyTalk Courses taken to date: BodyTalk Access, Fundamentals 1&2, Advanced Protocol/Procedure, (Mod 4/7) Bio-Dynamics, (Mod 3) Principles of Consciousness, and Mindscape.
