Biography
I began my bodytalk journey in the fall of 2012 as a client through some personal health & wellness challenges I was facing. Bodytalk brought me to a place of balance, and physical and mental wellness through a particular difficult time. I decided to pursue becoming a CBP in the Spring of 2014 and I opened MindBody Balance Therapies out of Melfort, SK in the fall of 2015 and have continued to welcome new clients to my practice. I enjoy spending time with my husband, and our 3 children on our farm in Meskanaw, SK and look forward to continuing my education with further bodytalk modules and expanding my practice!
