Biography
I am an artist, teacher, and practitioner primarily focused on exploring the interwoven nature of the roles of Artist and Healer. Together with my partner Damian, we run Succurro — a refuge and meeting place in the Catskill Mountains. Here, I teach BreakThrough 1, SourcePoint Therapy, astrology, and weaving.
My relationship with BreakThrough began in 2014, when I was given the very simple explanation of responsibility as the ‘ability to respond.’ Just hearing these few words catalyzed a huge shift in perspective, and soon after I began working and learning with Terryann, and then Esther. BreakThrough has radically changed my nervous system and capacity for engaging in life with creativity and curiosity.
