This is an opportunity for anyone to partake in a group BodyTalk session with Senior BodyTalk Instructor, Dr. Tracey Clark. Tracey has been deeply involved with BodyTalk for many years. She is a Manual Osteopath with a PhD in Integrative Medicine. Her areas of study and interest are incredibly diverse and far-reaching. Her teaching schedule takes her all over the world and she runs a highly successful private clinic, helping her clients to reach their full potential in health, wellbeing and performance. Tracey will be bringing her expertise in the subjects of fatigue, emotional congestion and pain to this series of Group Sessions.

A 2015 study in the Journal of Pain Management showed that a blinded treatment group of chronic pain sufferers showed significant improvements compared to the control group for pain levels, anxiety and fatigue when treated with BodyTalk through remote treatments. This suggests that BodyTalk can be very effective in reducing pain level as well as emotional symptoms associated with long-term chronic pain and fatigue.

These sessions will be done at a distance through online LiveStream broadcast. The recording will be available if you cannot attend live and is just as effective as viewing in person. Whether listening live or at a later date, remote group sessions will increase your understanding of important BodyTalk concepts that you can bring into your sessions with clients, as well as providing an opportunity for shifts in your own health, consciousness and perception.
