Focus: Review of Postural Evaluation, Range of Motion Testing and learn Tension Tests

Course Overview
As BodyTalk makes changes inside the body through restoration of communication, there is also a change in the external body, which can be measured. In this course you will see how environmental influences, stress, emotional, mental and consciousness factors affect the physical body. Learn to observe and feel the corrections after a BodyTalk session. You will be taught how to incorporate before and after Local Evaluations into your sessions. This will amaze both you and your client and will result in increased credibility to your practice of BodyTalk. Orthopedic Evaluation introduces practitioners to the various methods of evaluating the physical body not to diagnose but rather to measure change as a result of a BodyTalk session.

Course Description
BodyTalk Orthopedic Evaluation introduces practitioners to the various methods of evaluating the physical body to measure change as a result of a BodyTalk session. BodyTalk is a subtle form of restoring communication and health in the body. Often, practitioners and clients find it difficult to register immediate change within a session. BodyTalk Orthopedic Evaluation provides invaluable tools to measure tension and stress in the body and to validate the changes that occur once a BodyTalk technique, formula, or session has been tapped out.

The physical state of the body is a representation of the body armor that we have formed based upon our daily stresses, physical injuries, environmental influences, emotions, active memories, beliefs and consciousness influences.

The BodyTalk Practitioner will learn to perform Local Evaluations consisting of ART

Local Evaluation: ARTS
A- stands for asymmetry of posture (Review)
R- stands for range of motion (Review)
T- stands for tension tests that determine organ, bone, joint and sutural tension (Focus of this course)

Evaluations will be taught in a manner that will allow the practitioner to demonstrate asymmetry of posture and range of motion in the body resulting from the links that have come up as a priority in the session. Students will be given an easy to follow color chart designed to help determine which evaluations will best show the tension before and the changes after a BodyTalk session.

As a BodyTalk Practitioner, the manual procedures taught in this seminar will help you to quickly locate the problem areas and verify the lesion and the nature of the tissues involved. The practitioner and the client should both be able to see and feel the changes made. This helps educate the client on the effectiveness of BodyTalk.

As a BodyTalk Instructor, this course will help with class and public demonstrations. The evaluation procedure can be done in whole or in parts to measure the effectiveness of your BodyTalk balancing session.

For those continuing in research or case studies, this course will provide objective measurement to validate your outcomes and provide increased credibility for BodyTalk.

Course Objectives
Upon completion of this course you will:
Be able to conduct a thorough Total Body Orthopedic Evaluation in whole or in parts using Postural Evaluation, Range of Motion, and Tension Tests.

Learn to build your BodyTalk practice through education, communication and measurable results that will astound your clients and get them raving about you and your practice

Be able to demonstrate the profound changes in the physical body through Postural Evaluation, Range of Motion, and Tension Tests before and after a BodyTalk session

Be able to measure the body armor created by physical injuries, environmental factors, emotions, belief systems and consciousness utilizing Postural Evaluation, Range of Motion and Tension Tests..

Be able to perform a Postural Evaluation in the sagittal, frontal and transverse planes.

Be able to perform Range of Motion (ROM) Evaluations of the cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, rib cage, transverse diaphragms and upper and lower extremities.

Be able to perform Tension Test Evaluations of the cranium, cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, rib cage, thoracic organs, abdominal organs, pelvis, sacrum, upper and lower extremities. Tension tests help to determine the exact location of the barrier.
