Healthy Sexuality: Trauma & Beliefs
Session 1 in the Healthy Sexuality Group Session Series
[Please note that you may attend sessions in the series out of sequence; you may choose just those sessions that resonate with you.]
This session will focus on healing trauma and clearing belief systems affecting the genitals, breasts, and endocrine glands. It will begin by addressing anger in the genitals and restoring communication pathways throughout the body-mind's pleasure circuits, including the nervous, endocrine and chakra systems. Our consciousness around confidence is essential in addressing trauma and beliefs around sexuality. This session will look at restoring confidence and love for the body, which will naturally open the way to feeling worthy of pleasure and more capable of registering pleasure in the body-mind. This work will support fascia release in the pelvic bowl, a critical aspect of restoring health to the genitals and endocrine system. As fascia releases, a healthy flow of blood circulation will be restored, and lymphatic drainage in the whole pelvis improves. Lastly, in this session, we will address releasing fear around sex from wherever and whomever it stems and finding greater masculine-feminine balance.
Group Session series offer an opportunity for anyone to partake in a remote pre-recorded BodyTalk session with top Instructors in the BodyTalk System. Instructors tune into the collective energy of all those who will listen, providing a session that can offer powerful benefits to anyone who may view the session in the future. Countless testimonials have demonstrated that viewing these sessions at any time and tapping them out can be just as effective as receiving sessions in real time in person. In fact, group sessions are often more powerful because they are amplified by the shared observations and experiences of a large group. Additionally, remote group sessions will increase your understanding of important BodyTalk concepts that you can bring into your sessions with clients and provide an opportunity for shifts in your own health, consciousness, and perception.
This course counts for 1 hours of continuing education for Certified BodyTalk Practitioners' requirements.
