Physical Adaptability Group Session
Your physical body is in a constant state of change. The potential for physiological change from the microcosm to the macrocosm in this amazing body that we inhabit is remarkable. What influences that adaptability the most? The beliefs, expectations, and conditioning of the mind have the greatest impact on the natural adaptability of the body. Every single thought causes a physiological response. Now that we have supported open-mindedness and have encouraged the easy flow of the energy of emotion, this session will focus on restoring the natural capacity to adapt to challenge at the physical level. An adaptive immune system is a more efficient one, an adaptive nervous system is one that can appropriately respond without excessive reactivity, an adaptive digestive system allows for greater assimilation and less sensitivity. Where could you embody greater adaptability?
While taking all three sessions in this series can produce exponential results, taking only the session(s) that resonate with you and in the sequence you prefer is entirely acceptable. All sessions are pre-recorded, and the recordings will be available for listening on your own time or at a later date.
