I invite you to join a very special group of people self-selecting to take this opportunity to bring holistic physical, emotional and psychological "self-care" to a radically effective level by empowering yourself with the BodyTalk Access energy medicine techniques. This is a day of transformative insights into your relationship with your health coupled with hands-on practical applications that you begin to benefit from immediately, and can continue to benefit from exponentially going forward. Expect moments of deep introspection as well as moments of deep laughter, as we explore what it means for the bodymind to truly relax into self-nurturing, wellbeing, and empowerment. These tapping techniques are not intended to replace nutrition, exercise, meditation, quality sleep, 1-on-1 health/wellness sessions, etc, but former students of mine often report that adding these simple BodyTalk Access tapping techniques as a regular part of self-nurturing has been the "missing ingredient" that finally allows the full benefits of all of their other self- and health-care efforts to really blossom into full effect. (Seat Deposit is non-refundable unless the course is cancelled, but it is transferable to another student in this class or to a future class with this instructor.) Registration is a 2-part Process: follow the steps here online, then complete your payment when the coordinator emails you the secure payment link. Cancellation Policy: Every intention is to hold scheduled classes. In the event that the instructor must cancel, each student will be refunded in full. In the event that a student needs to cancel, student will be refunded in full if cancellation-request is made prior to the Earlybird Date. If cancellation-request takes place after the Earlybird Date, a student's payment is transferable toward a future class with same instructor.
