As a practitioner and Access Trainer, I try to "practice what I preach" and so every morning before I get out of bed I usually take the 8-10 minutes it takes to do the "Access Routine".

If I miss a day, I don't worry too much. But if I miss about 3 days in a row, I begin to notice some of the nagging aches and pains I had slowly surfacing. I immediately start tapping again. I'm amazed at how the body needs the reminder of balance.

I am also grateful for the "nagging" reminder as this gets me back in the routine before I get sick. Since doing Access almost daily, I have had minimal colds/illnesses even though I have been exposed.

This is why I love to teach Access!
