One day back in June of 2009 I was going down my stairs to the front door in order to let someone out, when I slipped and twisted my ankle and heard a horrible crunching sound in my foot. As I was bumping down the stairs in slow motion, the first thought through my head was "Oh, crap... did I just break my foot?". I sat at the bottom of the stairs with my right foot and ankle throbbing and "screaming" at me. All I could think to do was tap out the Fast Aid routine, which starts with the Cortices technique. I repeated Fast Aid for about 15 minutes, until my foot stopped throbbing and there was no more pain. I then got up and walked away on my foot and never had any swelling, bruising or pain at all. It turns out that I just ended up adjusting all the bones in my foot and my fallen arch came back into alignment! How's that for amazing? Yay BodyTalk! I'm so glad I have these easy tools with BodyTalk Access that I can use without having to think!
