Finding and strengthening the centre of letting go has strongly brought to light the ability to put myself first. This happens more and more naturally as I live life. From not getting worked up over and clinging to simple misunderstandings to doing what I'll describe as 'treating myself' simply by means of calming, stilling and breathing while focusing on this center; this allows for releases to happen while living life in a more natural stress free way. It's more and more a way of being that allows me to approach all of life from a more grounded and joyful state. I consciously use this center to feed and nurture myself and to put myself first. Everyday minor irritations are simply 'let go' of without the neediness of feeding the insecure victim requiring validation. It also works seamlessly with how I use the forgiveness exercise in day to day life.
