"Last August I had surgery on both of my feet for the removal of bunions. I was told that after six months I should be free from pain and able to wear normal shoes again. I was in fact left with 'pretty feet' but very stiff ankles and toes, especially when getting out of bed in the morning. You suggested that I try BodyTalk and I can only say that the very next day I got out of bed and walked to the bathroom without even realising that I hadn't done my usual stretch routine to alleviate the stiffness and discomfort.
