Biography
Elzabieta Kosmicki has been involved with BodyTalk for over 20 years and has been professionally practicing BodyTalk since 2006 she has completed training an all the systems advanced modules; and is continually evolving her skills with professional development courses and adjunct training. She has trained at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado's year 1 and Year 2 programs and couples much of her knowledge in structural alignment, joint mobilization, fascia and efficient movement into her BodyTalk sessions. She has extensive experience as a community health advocate and has worked thoroughly in Health Disparities populations.
Elzabieta is also a certified BodyTalk Instructor, and has been teaching BodyTalk ACCESS since 2009, she has trained and certified hundreds of professionals and lay people in BodyTalk ACCESS and BodyTalk Fundamentals. Elzabieta's teaching experience started in 2002 as a community health educator working in health disparities populations, she began teaching BodyTalk as part of her work in public health focusing on professional development for therapists and counselors. In recent years she has expanded her teaching to community health outreach, education in jail and treatment facilities and public courses for individuals and professionals.
Elzabieta has maintained a busy clinical practice since 2006 where she provides integrative healthcare, movement therapy, health planning and education for her clients. Elzabieta has advanced training in BodyTalk, Structural integration, Classical Chinese Medicine, Yoga and movement therapeutics, Qi Gong, Women's per/post natal care, and Energy Medicine.
Elzabieta is an avid gardener, mother of three beautiful children and hosts The BodyTalk Your Brain Podcast featuring discussion on BodyTalk with instructors across the globe. She maintains a daily practice in training and teaching martial arts at her Enshin Karate Dojo in Crestone Colorado and enjoys the depth of study of martial arts as part of her path in self healing, conflict management and physical and spiritual development. Elzabieta has taught and lectured internationally and has practiced clinically in Miami, New York, San Francisco, San Diego and throughout the Colorado front range
