Laura Como is the founder of My Natural Healer, a global natural and alternative healing directory dedicated to educating people about alternative healing methods and connecting people to healers from around the world since 2017. She is also a trained professional in energy medicine and energy psychology, and has been running a solo practice, Light and Wellness, since 2018. 

Laura is a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner, plus has additional training in Parama BodyTalk, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Reiki and vibrational sound therapy. She takes a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, with the belief that the bodymind works as one dynamic system - with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health all being interconnected. Her approach has helped hundreds of clients heal from mental health and emotional disorders, along with diverse chronic illnesses. She is a gifted intuitive, which adds a spiritual component in her client sessions. 

BodyTalk has been instrumental in helping Laura in her own healing journey, and she has successfully healed from cancer, an autoimmune disorder, chronic back pain and scoliosis, anxiety and depression. She has healed from traumas such as domestic violence, rape and emotional healing after her sister committed suicide.

Laura shares her knowledge and experience as a writer and speaker with a passion for teaching people healing methods so they can become active participants in their own health and wellness journeys. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and has experience working in broadcast media and healthcare.
