Biography
Since youth, topics such as spirituality, Yoga and
systemic thinking have enchanted me through books such as Autobiography of a
Yogi, Bhagavad Gita and the Turning Point. Certainly this was a phase of great
openness, expansion of consciousness and personal transformation.
Another similar moment was the first contact
with Bodytalk in 2019, when I began regular sessions and in 2020 start my
journey as a therapist.
Since then I’ve been working with the aim of
helping people, whether in the journey of personal transformation, recovery,
health maintenance or any other reason that led to Bodytalk.
Graduated in Management in the Universidade de
Brasília (UNB).
Postgraduate in Strategic Management in Chico
Mendes.
I took several advanced courses offered by the
Bodytalk system:
I am also a practitioner of Kriya Yoga from Self
Realization Fellowship, Jin Shin Jyutsu, Japanese art of being and living,
which rescued ancient knowledge and Reiki, using them whenever appropriate.
