As human beings our life history, ancestry, culture, environment, thoughts, and emotions all play a part in how we present in the world. It is now well understood that these factors affect the health and well-being of individuals, families and society.
I have studied in the field of complimentary healthcare alongside working full-time, graduating as a Certified BodyTalk practitioner in 2017. I maintain my Certification by completing and monitoring courses on a regular basis. I combine my experience into an integrative health and wellness practice where I work with clients to support them on their journey towards vibrant health and wellbeing.
Prior to setting up in practice I spent over 25 years working in the cultural sector within both New Zealand and the United Kingdom as a designer, analyst, social science researcher and evaluator. Through this work, I gained deep understanding of the role that the arts, culture, and heritage bring to people’s lives and their sense of personal identity adding greatly to my broad perspective when working with clients.
