I am a practitioner, who began her working career in the business world and have spent over 20 years helping companies with their People and Culture needs.  While I have enjoyed my time in this environment, I always knew that there was more for me out there.  The business world, while interesting, somehow consistently didn't feeding my soul adequately.  I always seemed to be searching for something as I always felt that I could be doing more with my life. 

This desire for more led me to various non-traditional healthcare modalities.  My first introduction was to Reiki, over 16 years ago and I have gone on to study Reflexology, Shamanism and Bodytalk.  I am a Reiki Master, Reflexologist, Accunect Practitioner, Certified BodyTalk Practitioner and a student of Shamanism. 

I was first introduced to the incredible BodyTalk System in 2004 as a client, and, after my own incredible experience, I decided to undertake studying this simple, yet powerful system.  With this system, I had finally found something that embraced my own personal healing philosophy of inclusion of all forms of healthcare - both traditional and non-traditional.  

 I have been Certified Bodytalk Practitioner since the spring of 2006.  Not only has my own health improved, but now, seeing my own clients reclaim their lives has led me  to further my own studies in the system. I love seeing people reclaim their zest for life through this system!

I am honoured to be a Certified Bodytalk Practitioner and practice in three locations in Mississauga, Burlington and Guelph which allows me to work with clients in person from these areas and remotely both nationally and internationally.
