I Lost Weight!

I'm 63 and had been trying to lose 15 pounds for over a decade. I could never lose the weight despite eating well and doing a lot of daily exercise. I tried nutritional supplements, diets, and new ways to exercise. Nothing worked.

When I started giving myself BodyTalk sessions about four months ago, one of the results was that my appetite radically decreased. After a week or so, I barely wanted to eat anything. Yet, I felt healthy and maintained all my usual activities except that I didn't exercise as much as usual. Without deliberately dieting, the pounds began falling off. Even when my appetite picked up again, I continued to lose weight. My appetite has now stabilized at a lower level than before I started BodyTalk, and I'm exercising more than before. Over the last four months, I lost 28 pounds. That's more than I had hoped for. I can now wear the size 10's that I wore in my 20s.
