I have suffered from migraines for 30 years, 25 of those years I have spent trying to find ways to stop them rather than medicating to manage them. Accupressure, accupuncture, massage, healing hands, naturopathy, chiropractics and many other more conventional and not so conventional methods. Everything I found just managed them and not well. I have NOT found anything that stopped a migraine once it had started, until now.

I was attending a retreat when I got a migraine I had medicated and was still suffering so much pain and nausea I literally was laying on the floor of the meeting room because I did not want to miss any of the information. I also get to a point where it is difficult to think let alone communicate, the brain just shuts down.

A Bodytalk practitioner and Instructor who was participating in the retreat offered to treat me. After the treatment (over the lunch break) I had a quick nap and was shocked and amazed to find I was so much better. There was still some pain but it was tolerable. The really amazing thing was how clear my head was, I was able to think clearly. You have to understand it would normally taken at least a day or two for my head to clear to that degree. I have never had any treatment that has changed a migraine midstream. I have had many treatments while having a migraine and they just continued on the normal path they would have taken which is 3 days. I am very grateful to Ben Manalo for treating me that day.
