For those of you who knew him or took a class with him, you will know that BodyTalk Founder Dr. John Veltheim often used the Australian slang name "Sheila" to refer to women (and sometimes men) with endearing fondness. For today's newsletter, Sheila felt like a more heartwarming and uplifting term to the word typically used in the acronym KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid).

Fast forward to this past year when my farm worker's brother fell off a ladder during his construction work. While working closely with his physician, he was also coming to me for sessions to deal with the multitude of symptoms he was experiencing physically, psychologically, and emotionally. He was disabled, recovering, and out of work. He was becoming more and more depressed, anxiety-filled, experiencing non-stop headaches, loss of appetite, inability to breathe, and so much more. Quite literally, he was making arrangements with his family to likely die.
We had done six sessions, and while there was healing on many layers, I too felt maybe this was becoming a choice point for him to leave. One night at 3:33 am, I woke from a deep sleep with a message from somewhere... "Lisa, his SB is locked... see if you can unlock it." I knew it was John telling me to do an agenda session, so I quickly called my farm manager and asked her to bring her brother up for a session immediately. They came that morning, and after a few preparatory links, I was able to unlock the SB and he could breathe again! His life force returned within 72 hours, and now, six months later, he is thriving and back to work.
I have the pleasure of now sharing two stories when teaching BodyTalk Fundamentals (Mod 1(2)). The value and simplicity of one link, as well as, when it's time for a priority to reveal itself, it will, and not a moment before it is the priority!
