IBA Classes Support Harmony

Disharmony is tension. It results from the interaction of two or more seemingly conflicting elements. Sound familiar?
Harmony in life has much to do with balance, or minimal discord, between our roles, activities, work, play and introspection time. When the seemingly conflicting elements of our lives no longer appear to conflict, it should most certainly offer a sense of harmony. Some would say that a life in harmony means having the capacity to stay in contact with and be aware of the essence of who we are despite outer circumstances. From this perspective, harmony begins within, and the environment simply follows suit.

Unfortunately, for many of us, the mind is often experienced as a messy, obsessive cluster of contradicting desires, thoughts, needs and impulses. What are we to do? The IBA offers multiple tools that support harmony of mind. BodyTalk is a tool that supports clients in having more harmony of mind as well as profoundly supporting the practitioner who offers it.
