Dear Members,

If you were able to read my last email, you'd know that I am taking a less outward role at the IBA. I am enjoying more downtime for once in my career. I still work closely with staff supporting many aspects of the business behind the scenes and take care of my online practice.

Taking a less active role in teaching and developing courses means I'll be highlighting Instructors more and depending on them to be very active in the BodyTalk System. Over the years, we haven't much promoted Instructors directly or invited them to participate in the matrix in a greater capacity. However, this might be what we require moving forward. Students should get to know our Instructors like they've come to know me, especially now with online courses removing geographic obstacles. We have some very effective Instructors with a profound ability to connect to their students. So, one of the approaches I'd like to take is to feature and highlight our Instructors more often. I have several ways in mind to do this. One will be to feature Instructors more in our newsletters. Another will be to invite Instructors to teach special events and group sessions. The two might go hand in hand. 

We have already lined up several Instructors to offer Group Session series this year. We're working with them to find topics they are experts in and which the staff and I see being of outstanding value to you. After focusing on my courses for so long, I will enjoy turning the focus toward some of the highest-level and most dedicated members of our matrix.
