In this fascinating series of vlogs, for our first release of episodes, we join BodyTalk Instructor Ben Manalo, BreakThrough Instructor Caroline Linton and IBA Co-founder Esther Veltheim as they engage in a thought-provoking discussion that is deeply educational, disruptive, and a lot of fun.
Their focus is two of the key modalities under the umbrella of the International BodyTalk Association: the BodyTalk System and BreakThrough.
