This is a Zoom online class for anyone to join. You will need a computer (preferable) that has video and audio. If you use a phone to connect please find a way to make it stable so that it does not move around, where you can sit and participate without distraction. I will send an email the day of the class where you will get set up suggestions and the zoom link. If you invite anyone, please ask them to register online for this class like you have. Please do not send them the zoom link without prior consent. The class is recorded for IBA purposes alone and WILL NOT be shared out.
