This group session starts by exploring ways to create the ideal relaxed environment for you and your clients. When the environment is optimal, the parasympathetic nervous system is activated and the body is ready for healing, as opposed to the sympathetic (fight-flight) system being on high alert. It is not just the physical environment but also the mental and emotional environment created by the practitioner that sets the tone. An essential component of practice is knowing how to educate the client without overwhelming them with information. This session will include some simple illustrations that can quickly be drawn for clients to help them understand BodyTalk and healing. The session will also look at ways to engage with clients and LISTEN, so they feel optimally supported and understood, which ensures they get the most benefit from their sessions. Before the group session, you will also learn a quick yet effective technique to help let go of any distractions and be present for your clients' sessions.

The group session focuses on you, the practitioner, going beyond all that holds you back from offering your best BodyTalk sessions. It will facilitate you in connecting to your most authentic self, thus allowing you to be internally present for sessions. Part of the session focuses on letting go of negative judgment projected onto you over the years (whether from self or others), saying, "You cannot do this." The session also looks at increasing intuition and the sense of touch for you and your clients. Finally, it wraps up by highlighting your internal power and the ability to speak effortlessly from the heart.

Additionally, remote group sessions will increase your understanding of important BodyTalk concepts that you can bring into your sessions with clients and provide an opportunity for shifts in your own health, consciousness, and perception.

This course counts for 1 hour of continuing education for Certified BodyTalk Practitioners' requirements.

Go the IBA website and log into your account.
At the top of you Member page, you will see a yellow box highlighting the event. Simply click the "attend" button. When the page opens, press Play.

Go the IBA website and log into your account.
On your Membership page in the left-hand column
click on "Recorded Livestream Events."
Select the recording you would like to view. Press Play.
