When taking the class for the 1st time with a different instructor, you may be asked to pay the full (or early registration) rate. - USD$187.50 with current IBA Membership CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations within 2 weeks of the 1st course day will be refunded their payment minus USD$250. **If for any reason the instructor needs to cancel the class, all payments will be refunded in full.
