If this is your second course as a first time student with Wilma within 6 months you are entitled to addissional, USD 25.00 = 725 as the early bird price. The third course as a new student within 6 months USD 700 as early bird fee. Monitor fee for IBA Members USD 200.00 Non IBA member USD400.00 Cancellation policy. When the instructor cancels the course a full refund applies. When a student withdraws by 20th September 50% refund applies. Cancellation on 21st September or later no refund applies.
