Biography
Hello!My name is Kaitlin. I am so grateful that you have come across my bio here at the International BodyTalk Association. I was probably the most skeptical person you could have ever met when I originally came across this modality. However, I was encouraged to just "give it three sessions". Be open-minded and give it a go! Needless to say, the past few years have been a journey and consciousness-based healthcare has truly become my passion and purpose. I experienced profound results and continue to get my own sessions done to support my journey. (It just keeps getting better & better!)
My educational backround is in social services, counseling, and advocacy. I have years of experience working from a trauma-informed perspective and hold space for all walks of life and experiences.
I make it clear to all of my clients that I am not a healer. It is their innate wisdom doing the work. I am simply an observer, and it is such an honor to empower my clients by ensuring they understand that ultimately they are their own healer, and I am simply here to observe and support you along your journey. I believe that we are designed to a live a life full of purpose, passion, play and joy. BodyTalk is an incredible modality that truly helps shift belief systems and allows healing to occur on the deepest levels. On the other side of pain, anger, grief, pain, and suffering - Is a life full of purpose, peace and joy.
I help connect people with their own intuition (and learn how to trust it) and get them back in touch with their essence of play, fun, and joy.
It is such an honor to do this work, to support people on their life journeys and get to observe the healing and increase of self-awareness that takes place.
